We are pleased to invite eligible patients to our Navigating the Menopause wellbeing workshop – a supportive and informative session designed to help you better understand the menopause and feel more confident managing the changes it can bring.
About the workshop
The menopause can affect everyone differently. This workshop provides clear, practical information and a safe space to explore ways to support your physical and emotional wellbeing during this stage of life.
Together we will explore:
- What’s really happening in your body during the menopause
- How to nourish your body with the right foods 🥗
- Movement that supports your changing hormones 🧘♀️
- Lifestyle habits to reduce stress and improve sleep 🌙
- Holistic support options 🌿
- Building confidence and thriving in this next chapter 💜

This workshop is open to patients registered at:
- Devon Square Surgery
- Buckland Surgery
- Cricketfield Surgery
- Kingsteignton Medical Practice
Dates and times
The workshop will be held at The Courtenay Centre, Newton Abbot, on the following dates:
- Saturday 28th February | 10:00–12:00
- Monday 16th March | 18:00–20:00
- Saturday 28th March | 11:00–13:00
- Tuesday 16th April | 18:00–20:15
