We are committed to providing you and your family with a high quality service at all times and we try to deal swiftly with any problems that occur.  We have an in house complaints procedure as part of NHS regulations and our system meets national criteria.  Please address any complaints or comments to Anika, preferably by letter or otherwise by telephone or in person.
