The warning signs of psoriasis include:

  • 1 Red skin patches

However, it is not only down to the physical warning signs. Psoriasis can also be caused by other factors such as:

  • Vitamin deficiencies

Psoriasis can be caused by something as simple as a small cut or burn. It is so important to know the signs and what actions to take if you believe that you could have become infected.

Living with psoriasis is not easy. Not only is it uncomfortable, but it increases your risk of becoming diabetic. However, there are many ways you can lower this risk of gaining these including:

  • Frequently exercising
  • Having a good, balanced diet
  • Maintaining a low alcohol consumption

There is always an increased risk, but these recommendations can lower that risk significantly. However, you still must remain vigilant of signs and symptoms.
